- Currently we have an Apple app which works on iPhones and iPads. We plan to bring out an android app soon. Get in contact and let us know if this is something you'd be after, and we'll prioritise getting it done!
- Do customers need to get a new card after they've completed one?
- No! They can keep their existing card, and you can keep track of your most loyal customers and how often they shop with you. Simply scan their card when they redeem their reward, and it will set their pass back to 0 stamps.
- What devices do the digital loyalty cards work on?
- Any Apple or Android device will work! Which is 99.5% of the UK market and 99.78% of the US market.
- How long does it take to stamp a card?
- As long as it takes to whip out your phone, open the app and point it at the customer's QR code - give it a try! We aspire to be as quick as physically stamping a card.
